DESIGNING YOUR DREAM

From classic to creative: RavenWerks has your back. Our true passion and the majority of our work though is in alternative themes and aesthetics. It can be difficult incorporate what really makes YOU into an event in a classy way when you want something a little more out of the box. Think DnD, fantasy, or Tim Burton. Maybe you want a Tropi-Goth aesthic wedding and are finding that there really isn’t a category for on the wedding site you scrolling. This is where we thrive! We can help you as little or as much as you want.

The event industry is openly known for being very wasteful but we are part of a community that is passionate about being the change. COORDINATION FROM BEGINING TO END

Keeping track of all the moving parts of an event can be stressful on top of your normal life and job. Let us help take the stress out of it all by being there from the begining, coordinating with vendors, to the end, helping with day of coordination. We are a second set of eyes and hands making sure things don’t fall through the cracks. On the day of, we help with set up, directing guests, keeping schedules, and cleanup/tear down, so you can spend more time enjoying your own event.

BARTENDING

Taylor has several years of experience as a professional bartender but many years outside that, thriving in large event coordination in a myriad of settings; both professional and volunteer. She is very passionate about creating new flavors, unique experiences, and a magical environment. She also makes custom alcohol infusions, simple syrups, & mocktails.

CATERING

Mikaela is a certified Chef/Pastry Chef with a flexible and diverse repertoire of goodies for your event. She loves doing small bite desserts; focusing on seasonal produce, local sources, and intentional flavors. RavenWerks carries those same principles ocer into our grazing tables, charcauter boards and more.

CUSTOM DECOR

RavenWerks can help curate and create custom décor to really make your event match your vision. Custom candles, centerpieces, lanterns, signs, props, favors and more for every aesthetic.

Ask about previous projects and how we can make custom pieces for something truely unique OR possibly rent some décor, lighting or signs that we already have.
